Saifullah Zia is an Islamabad-based entrepreneur, philanthropist, and digital innovator dedicated to socio-economic development and Islamic education.

In 2012, he founded Project Search Quran Raj, pioneering the development of a comprehensive, word-by-word interactive Quranic encyclopedia. Expanding his digital footprint in 2018, he established the world's first YouTube initiative featuring over 33,000 categorized Hadith video resources, bridging traditional Islamic scholarship with modern digital accessibility.
